Products will be sold while supplies last. We will contact you by e-mail if the item you ordered is out of stock.
Necessary charges other than product price
- A single delivery charge of 1,100 yen throughout the country
*If you purchase more than 11,000 yen including tax, we will pay the shipping fee.
*The shipping fee differs for shipments outside of Japan.
- The cash on delivery fee is 330 yen including tax.
- All product prices include consumption tax (price including tax).
Expiration date of application for convenience store transfer order
Please pay within 72 hours after placing your order. Please note that if payment is not confirmed within 72 hours from the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
We will ship the product within four business days after confirming your order, but if the product you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail separately.
If you choose the advance payment method, the product will be shipped within 4 business days after payment is confirmed.
If the delivered product is judged to be defective, or if a different product is included, please let us know within one week of the product arrival. We will replace it with a new product.
After the order completion notification e-mail is delivered, it will be at the delivery stage and we do not accept any changes such as cancellation or exchange.
Return and defective product
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of used or opened products except for defective products.
If by chance you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will replace it as soon as possible.
Return Shipping Fee
We will pay the shipping fee for exchanging defective products and incorrect products.

Please contact us by e-mail or telephone within 7 days after you receive the item. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns and exchanges after that.
We accept credit card payment, cash on delivery, carrier payment, convenience store prepayment, PayPay, Rakuten Pay, deferred payment (Paidy), AmazonPay, Paypal or NihaoPay (UnionPay card, Alipay, WechatPay). Please choose according to your needs.
