When the product arrives
Thoroughly inspect the product in an unused and unopened state to ensure that it is free of damage, soiling, defects, or misdelivery.
If product is soiled, damaged, or defective in an unused and unopened state, please follow the return procedures shown below in [Procedures / Conditions].Depending on our inventory, we will send you a new replacement or an equivalent product.
Exchanges, cancellations and refund
No returns or exchanges for any reason other than shown above. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please note that we do not offer refunds or price reductions.

Product is soiled, damaged, defective, or misdelivered, and has not been used or opened.
Time limit for return
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, including the delivery date. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone within the time limit. As soon as we verify the situation and our inventory, we will send you a replacement immediately. No returns or exchanges for any reason after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping Fee
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to soiling, damage, defect, or misdelivery. Please send it cash-on-delivery.
