Shipping Fee

Nationwide uniform shipping fee: 1,100 yen
If you purchase more than 11,000 yen including tax, we will pay the shipping fee.
*Excluding some regions. We will inform you separately.

Delivery

  • The nationwide uniform shipping fee of ¥1,100 and the free delivery service for purchases over ¥11,000 (including tax) are only available within Japan.
  • We will delivery within 4 business days from the date of order.
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail separately.
  • Please note that we may not be able to deliver on the specified date and time for Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and mountainous areas.
  • Please note that actual costs such as packing fee, round trip shipping fee, cash-on-delivery fee (330 yen including tax) may be charged depending on the handling of returns or redeliveries due to long-term absence or refusal to accept.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
