When is the most effective time to use it?
We recommend using this product two to three times a day after face washing, skincare, touching up makeup, etc. When using as an eyelash essence, after washing your face in the morning and evening, when the area is clean, apply two to three times from the base to the tip of your eyelashes, and then apply evenly over your entire eyelashes. It can also be used as mascara base or top coat.
